5. Can THE PROJECT work with clients outside the U.S.?

Yes. Design has no borders. We work with clients worldwide. The only limitation? Some items in your shopping list may not be available in your country, but we’ll find alternatives that work for you.

Designing a revolution doesn’t happen overnight—but we move fast. Timelines depend on the package you choose, but expect your final design in just a few weeks.

9. How do I know how much my room will cost?

Your budget, your call. We’ll ask about your price range upfront, so we can source the perfect pieces without surprises. Your shopping list will break it all down—furniture, accessories, and final costs.

10. Do you purchase the furniture for me?

Absolutely, we’ve got this! At THE PROJECT, we work hard behind the scenes to curate top-quality pieces just for you. With a simple click, you can buy everything directly from our website, and we’ll handle the rest.

11. What if I need changes to the design?

Every package includes at least one revision round. If something isn’t working, we tweak it. Your space should feel like you—just bolder.

12. What if I don’t like the final design?

Unlikely. But if it happens, we’ll adjust. Our process keeps you involved so the final result feels right.

What we cover:

Patios & Decks – Furniture layout, lighting, and curated decor. 
Outdoor Lounges & Dining Areas – Stylish, functional layouts for hosting and relaxing. 
Front Entrance & Curb Appeal – First impressions matter. We refine your entryway with bold details.

What we don’t do: Landscaping, architectural updates, or major exterior renovations.

15. Can THE PROJECT design my kitchen or bathroom?

Yes—but we don’t renovate. We focus on styling, not construction.

What we choose:

What we don’t : Plumbing, cabinetry, or tile Appliances Structural changes.

If your kitchen or bathroom just needs a design refresh, we’ve got you covered.

16. Can THE PROJECT help with renovations or new builds?

Yes, but let’s be clear: We handle design, not demolition or construction. 

What we do:

Guide you on paint colors, finishes, and materials that match your vision.
Help with furniture, decor, lighting, and styling choices.
Create 3D renderings so you can visualize your space before it’s finished.

What we don’t:

Knock down walls, move plumbing, or handle structural work. 
Source built-in cabinetry or appliances.

If your space is under construction, send us your floor plans and dimensions—we’ll help you design a space
that’s anything but basic.

17. Can I ask my designer to incorporate furniture I already own?

Of course. A revolution doesn’t mean starting from scratch—it means making what you have work harder. Just upload photos of your existing furniture in your Room Profile, and we’ll design around them. If you purchased the The Revolutionary Reveal, we’ll add placeholders in your 3D render so you can see how everything fits.

18. Can I pause my project if I need to?

Life happens. If you need a break, just let your designer know—we’ll put your project on hold. After 3 months of inactivity, our system marks projects as complete. But if you need to restart, just reach out—we’ll pick up right where we left off.

19. Can THE PROJECT work with unique styles not listed on the site?

HELL YES. If your style doesn’t fit neatly into a box, that’s even better. When filling out your Room Profile, share your Pinterest board or inspiration images. Our designers are pros at translating your vision into a space that’s uniquely you. Revolution doesn’t follow trends. It sets them.

20. What if I forget my login or password?

21. What payment methods does THE PROJECT accept?

We accept all major credit cards. If you have a THE PROJECT gift card, you can apply it at checkout. 

22. How do I redeem a THE PROJECT gift card?

At checkout, enter your gift card promo code.
